In the photo, a man with his head on the ground, lying painfully on the ground, an electric car fell to the ground beside him; a uniformed young man squatted down and lifted him up. Yesterday, we contacted the young man who saved the life: Zhang Long. He is a firefighter in the police squadron of Hangzhou Public Security Bureau. He is 25 years old and is from Lishui.

The incident occurred at about 4:30 pm on Friday, the Zhijiang Road Jiefang East Road junction. Due to the close to off hours, traffic at the intersection was large at that time. Zhang Long noticed that there were quite a few bicycles and passersby on the right side of the road.

The bicycle lane was in an electric car and there was a person lying next to it. “The man had a lot of blood, and he was heading towards the motor vehicle lane with his head in the motor vehicle lane.” Zhang Long recalled, “I didn’t think much at the time. The man told Zhang Long his name and said that he was from Jiangsu. Zhang Long was asked to look for the cell phone that was hit by the crash. "I found the cell phone that fell to the ground and dialed a number that was more than enough to contact him. It should be his wife. I thought he was about to cough. Then I lifted him up and leaned against the fence because I didn't know him. How dare not move him casually.” Zhang Long said he then dialed 110 and 120. When the traffic police arrived, the man’s consciousness was blurred.

After seeing 120 arrived, Zhang Long hurriedly left the scene.
