    Product Description

    PPR pipe extrusion line is mainly used to produce the single PPR pipe, multi-layers co-extrusion pipe, fiber glass reinforced PPR pipe, which
    used for indoor floor heating system, and it can achieve full automatic control from material feeding to products collection, Moreover, the line 
    can be also used for production of PE-RT, PB pipe, PP-B, PP-H pipe.


    The unit consists of Single screw extruder-Gravimetric dosing feeding system-Die head with adopts inner air cooling system-Vacuum
    calibration tank
    -Water spraying cooling tank-Multi-claw haul-off machine-Printer-Chip free cutter-Coiler/Stacker
