Description: 

The EM series Centrifugal blower adopts a low noise and multi wing centrifugal impeller, and corrected by Dynamic Balance Tester. It uses the special external rotor motor and also use the noise reduction design.
The blower has the character:small size,low noise and nice appearance.
The fan's aerodynamic performance is stable, and can produce enough  Exhaust volume , it can be wildely used to  ventilate in room.

Technical Character:

1.Volute
All fan volute is made of Iron Plate, connected by welding and rolling with black spraying surface treatment. Fan volute is high quality, high air tightness and high strength structure.

2.Impeller 

The Impeller is made of Galvanized plate, and the blade is curved forward,fixed on back plate and front ring. After static balance and dynamic balance test,it reach DIN ISO 1940-1 standard and G=6.3.

3.Motor
The motor has the character of compact structure, convenient installation, saving space, reliable operation, low noise,saving energy ,high efficiency, and continuously variable speed with the ROHS 3C CE certificate.

 4.Motor Bearings

We use NSK bearings ,after lubricated and sealed, no more lubricated in the fan whole life, and its effective average life at least 50000hours, and we guarantee the life is at least 30000 hours.

 Operating and Maintenance:
1.Before installation, check every part connected firmly, and confirm the impeller running well, and not bump against with the casing.
2.Confirm the the blower use AC 230V 50HZ.
3.After switched on, check the steering is correct with normal sound, once abnormal, cut off to check or replace it.
4.The blower should install indoors, and should not drain in rain.
5.After using long time, and the fan shock, it is because the impeller has too much adhesive materials  and should clean the impeller timely.
