    6 minute read | Grills

More than 27% of Americans live in multi-family housing, and that number is growing. For property owners and managers looking to attract quality residents, adding amenities like stainless steel grills can make a big difference.

Things like recreation centers, pools, and well-maintained grounds are now standard. But today’s renters are willing to pay more for extra perks—like having a gas or propane grill on their patio or in common areas. Installing stainless steel grills can help attract high-earning tenants who value convenience and comfort.

The Benefits of Adding Patio Grills to Apartments and Condos

Grilling over an open flame enhances the flavor and juiciness of meats, vegetables, and more. It also helps retain more nutrients compared to indoor cooking. These benefits make grilling a popular choice among residents.

    Even Heat Distribution

High-quality stainless steel grills provide consistent heat across the cooking surface. This ensures even cooking and better results every time.

    Low Maintenance

Stainless steel grills are durable and easy to clean. Many models come with self-cleaning features, making them ideal for busy communities without increasing maintenance costs.

    Building Community

Grills in shared spaces encourage social interaction. When people gather around a grill, they build relationships and create a stronger sense of community. Happy residents often lead to positive word-of-mouth, which can help fill vacancies faster.

Are Gas and Propane Grills Eco-Friendly?

Environmental concerns are becoming more important to renters. Natural gas and propane grills produce fewer emissions than other fuel sources, making them a greener option. They also emit less carbon dioxide and no harmful pollutants like sulfur dioxide or methane.

As sustainability becomes a top priority, many people now look for communities that prioritize eco-friendly choices. That makes gas and propane grills not just convenient, but also a smart investment.

    Is It Worth the Investment?

With over 74 million Americans living in multi-family homes, the demand for quality amenities is high. Property owners who offer extras like stainless steel grills can charge higher rents and attract more desirable tenants.

Grills are often tax-deductible and can be included in rent or HOA fees. Once the initial cost is covered, they can generate long-term returns. So, yes, stainless steel grills are a great investment for multi-family properties.

What Are the Best Commercial Grills?

For multi-family developments, commercial-grade stainless steel grills are ideal. They’re built to last and offer flexibility in installation. One of the top choices is the PGS T-Series from AEI.

    RTV Single-Component Silicone Sealant

    One-component silicone adhesive:
Single component, easy to use, no preparation required. It solidifies by contact with moisture in the air, and the curing speed is relatively slow. It is suitable for bonding in small areas or where the curing speed is not high.
    Product Features:
SN-5615/5616/5617 is a single-component, room-temperature-curing silicone adhesive. It exhibits exceptional resistance to thermal cycling, stress variations, and high/low temperatures, maintaining elasticity and stability within a range of -60°C to 200°C. It is UV-resistant, aging-resistant, and offers excellent insulation, moisture resistance, vibration damping, electrical endurance, leakage resistance, and chemical resistance. This neutral, single-component, room-temperature-curing silicone rubber fully complies with the EU RoHS Directive.

    Typical Applications for SN-5615/5616:
Bonding and securing high-frequency heads and set-top boxes.
Moisture-proof and waterproof encapsulation for delicate electronic components.
Waterproof encapsulation for LED display modules and pixels.
Potting protection for small or thin-layer (typically under 6mm thickness) electronic components, modules, optoelectronic displays, and circuit boards.

    Typical Applications for SN-5617:
Insulation, bonding, sealing, and fixation for high-voltage components in premium power supplies (e.g., communication/power supplies, flat-panel power supplies), CRT tubes, and DY deflection coils.
Securing and bonding sensitive PCB components, inductors, capacitors, transistors, etc.
Insulation protection for high-voltage solder joints on circuit boards.
Bonding power supply housings to coils.

    Performance characteristics:
    1.High bonding strength,good bonding effect on different materials,such as,metal,plastic,glass .
2.Excellent temperature resistance, can be used in a temperature range of -60°C to 250°C or even higher, maintaining stable performance.
3.Good weather resistance, good UV resistance, anti-aging, maintaining bonding stability, and not prone to degumming, cracking, etc.
4.Good flexibility, It has a certain degree of flexibility after curing and can adapt to the thermal expansion, contraction and mechanical vibration of the bonded material.
