Product Description:
AK-ID5006 ANTI-SPATTER SPRAY prevents the clinging of melted chips and drops to welding nozzles and other surfaces in the welding area. Being very practical to use, it also quickly and effectively protects the interior of the welding nozzle. By using it, the consistent and reduced gas flow is established on the nozzle surface. After use, the nozzle is easily cleaned and its life-span is considerably extended.

Application:
Recommended for use on resistance welding tips, Mig and Tig tips, weld dents, electrode holders, contact tips, tools, metal molds and bench top splash guards.
Shake can well and apply a light coating 8-12" from surface.
Coat surface to be welded with a light even coat.
Also apply to welding nozzles, tips and other places to avoid spatter build up.
Remove with solent industrial cleaner prior to painting or galvanizing.
Storage:
BEWARE: Aerosol is pressurized.
Keep away from direct sun exposure and temperatures over 50 ° C.
Do not open by force or throw into fire even after use.
Do not spray on flames or red-hot objects.
Keep containers tightly closed in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place.
