By co-op developed technology with MTM over the past 5 years, Fivestar Automated Production Line is designed to provide the customer with an advanced set of machines for the manufacturing of quality header-type radiator panels.  Our machines combine innovative design principles, unique control features, and quality construction to make the machines straightforward, versatile and affordable.

The production line for panel radiator includes:

- Decoiler

- Roll form press machine

- Automated panel matching machine

- Spot weld for positioning

- Multi-spot welding

- Longitudinal seam welding

- traverse seam welding

- Panel side trim

- Traverse trim press

- Automated panel stacking machine

And also independent machines are available:

- Header punch press

- Assembly fixtures
