The "triangular array of fully meshed three-screw extrusion industrial equipment and technology" project independently researched and developed by Beijing University of Chemical Technology has passed the appraisal and is the first to produce industrial prototypes.
It is understood that the newly developed three-screw extruder has low energy consumption, high output, good mixing and dispersion quality, can obtain a dispersion effect superior to that of a conventional twin-screw extruder with a small aspect ratio, and has excellent exhaust performance. There is no flash in the exhaust port, which can effectively reduce the loss of raw materials and energy in the production process.
The project first proposed and adopted the "end face combined error correction" technology to achieve a smooth transition in the process of combining different thread components, while ensuring the interchangeability of the thread components. The expert team believes that the extruder is the first of its kind at home and abroad, with novel design and its overall performance has reached the international advanced level.
