Statistics show that in June, the number of used cars in Beijing was 55,130, a year-on-year decrease of 7.34%. On March 25 this year, the State Council promulgated the “National Eight Articles†for the used car market, and put forward opinions on the removal of second-hand car restrictions, clarifying the policy of removing the second-hand car restrictions in the region before June. The industry generally believes that the introduction of “National Eight Articles†has injected a shot in the arm for the used car industry. Cai Hairen predicted that the second-hand car transaction in Beijing will gradually become active in the second half of the year. The continuous increase in the eviction rate will result in the vacant license of the escaping vehicles being placed on the new car and driving the sales of the new car.
