The machine ensures a copper separation rate of over 95%, making it one of the most effective solutions in the industry.
This machine can handle single-core, double-core, or multi-core cables, whether they are twisted, tangled, or have plugs. For double-core and multi-core cables, the maximum diameter is 20 mm, while for single-core wires, the minimum diameter should be 0.2 mm. The process is fully dry, eliminating the need for water and reducing environmental impact. It uses air flow sorting and vibration to separate copper from plastic efficiently.
