Through the implementation of this topic, the unit has solved the main problems involved in the large-channel concrete mechanized lining forming equipment, and independently developed the concrete distributing machine, the vibrating rolling lining forming machine, the vibration sliding lining forming machine and other devices to fill the country. The gaps in mechanized lining forming technology and construction technology of large-scale channels have comprehensively improved China's technical level and independent innovation capability in this field. The results have obtained 4 invention patents and 5 utility model patents. The equipment developed has been successfully applied in the Jiping Main Canal Project of South-to-North Water Transfer Project of Shandong Province and has been well received.
Previously, the “Development of Vertical Axial Flow Pumps and Devices†in the “Tenth Five-Year†National Major Technical Equipment Development Project under the auspices of the Ministry of Water Resources, “Development of Integrated Automation Control and Installation of Large Pumping Stations†and “Single Lifting Point Double Drive High†"Development of the lift-type hoisting hoist", "Development of the expert decision support system for water resources optimization configuration model", "Research and development of the supporting system after TBM", "Study on the advanced geological exploration and prediction technology and equipment of (TBM)" All other topics have passed the acceptance test.
