This device is used for copper pipe hole punching and flanging ,such as flute type. Mainly used in air conditioner pipe and solar water heater business.This machine can punch hole near end of pipe with distance less than 45mm.

1.Touching Screen settings, NC control system, precise servo motor positioning, module storage memory function.

2. Structure: Steel plate welded structure

3. Mould replacement: change mould without adjustment,to reduce damage of mould and pipe .Skilled workers can change the mould within 10 minutes.

5. Hydraulic forming and Servo feeding

6. hydraulic loops designed with zero load, combined with extremely low frequency oil pump motor can effectively reduced noise, increased motor efficiency and service duration.
