Cummins has 12 regional distribution service centers in China, 33 customer support platforms, 1 nationwide and 5 regional parts distribution centers, and more than 2,000 Cummins sole-venture and joint-venture authorized dealers, providing customers with a full range of Parts and after-sales service support.
In the post of General Manager of Distribution Division China, Wang Kaijun will work closely with all parties to plan customer-oriented service support resources to further enhance Cummins's support and speed in the post-market. At the same time, with the advantages of Cummins agencies, joint ventures and partners, improve customer satisfaction, and further promote Cummins's distribution service capabilities in China and Mongolia.
Wang Kaijun joined Cummins in 2009 and became the factory manager of Cummins Generator Technology (China) Co., Ltd. He later rose to the company's general manager in October 2011. Since September 2013, he has been the General Manager of Cummins China High Horsepower Business. Since September 2015, Wang Kaijun has been serving as the temporary general manager of the distribution division of Cummins. Prior to joining Cummins, Wang Kaijun held senior positions in various management positions in multinational corporations, including deputy general managers of U.S. TRW Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., plant manager of Trico Automotive Systems, and director of U.S. Lengwang Shenzhen Co., Ltd. .
Wang Kaijun graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with a master's degree in noise and vibration control and a bachelor's degree in refrigeration and air conditioning engineering.
