Daqing improves reforming prehydrogenation catalyst

    As of March 17, the “DZF-1 reforming pre-hydrogenation catalyst” developed by Daqing Chemical Research Center has been continuously operated on the reforming pre-hydrogenation unit of Daqing Petrochemical Refinery for more than 7 months. The device calibration results show that compared with the first generation of reformed prehydrogenation catalyst DZ-1, the use of new catalyst can reduce the reaction temperature of the device by more than 5 °C, and the sulfur and nitrogen content of hydrogenation products are all less than the predetermined indicators. The catalyst can fully meet the requirements of the device and reach the domestic advanced level.

    The reformer is an important device for the production of high-grade clean gasoline. The reforming prehydrogenation catalyst is used to remove sulfur, nitrogen, chlorine, arsenic and other impurities in the reformed feedstock oil and prevent poisoning of the reforming catalyst. It plays a crucial role in ensuring the normal operation of the reformer and prolonging the service life of the reformed precious metal catalyst. Therefore, since 2002, Daqing Chemical Research Center has begun to conduct research and development of reforming prehydrogenation catalysts. They adopted new element modification techniques and preparation techniques, modulating the surface chemical properties of the support, weakening the interaction between the support and the active components, improving the distribution of the active components, and effectively improving the hydrodesulfurization and saturation reaction performance.

    Through seven months of continuous operation, the calibration results showed that with the straight-run naphtha as raw material, the sulfur content was reduced from 216 g/g to 0.5 g/g, and the treatment amount, reaction temperature, nitrogen content, and bromine price all satisfied the device requirements.

    DZF-1 reforming prehydrogenation catalyst has good adaptability, and can solve problems such as shortage of reforming raw materials, shortage of ethylene cracking raw materials, upgrading of catalytic gasoline quality, etc. by increasing the amount of processing or mixed processing of catalytic gasoline, etc., to optimize the integrated refining and chemical industry The purpose of the structure.
