FEATURES
Double row deep groove ball bearings correspond in design to single row deep groove ball bearings. They are designed for high to very high speeds and are used where the load carrying capacity of single row deep groove ball bearings is not sufficient. Double row deep groove ball bearings are wider than single row deep groove ball bearings of the same bore and outside diameter but have a significantly higher load carrying capacity.
CAGES
CHIK double rows deep groove ball bearings without a cage suffix have a sheet steel cage. For specific purposes, polymer cages might be used, which have better friction and lubrication capabilities.
SEALING AND LUBRICATION
Mainly these bearings are produced in sealed versions, however, other types are available on request. Sealed versions ensure great lubrication under working conditions as additional lubrication may not be sufficient for this bearing design. CRAFT bearings grease is a low noise bearing grease thickened with lithium 12-hydroxy stearic, made from deeply refined mineral oil with rust and oxidation inhibitors through special technical processes. It operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +120°C.
