The test instrument can be used for the testing of three types of needles: normal wall, thin wall and ultra-thin wall. The test angle is freely selectable and suitable for different steel needles.

Medical needle needle toughness tester to detect syringe needle needle toughness method:
Fix one end of the needle tube and apply a force from the fixed point to the needle tube of the specified span. First, bend a specified angle in one direction and then in the opposite direction, and repeat the bending a specified number of times.
Test procedure:
1. Fix one end of the needle tube firmly on the clamp, and adjust the specified span angle corresponding to the needle tube to be measured according to Table 3. The normal wall is 25°, the thin wall is 20°, and the ultra-thin wall is 15°.
2. Apply a sufficient force at the specified span position, apply the force 20 times in both directions at a frequency of 0.5 Hz, and observe the broken condition of the needle tube by eye force.
The medical needle needle toughness test report includes the following points (at least one item):
1. Specifications and description of the needle tube;
2. Type of wall of the needle tube: normal wall, thin wall, ultra-thin wall;
3. The needle tube fracture condition and the judgment result during the test;
4. Test date.
