Use a private car to avoid online inspection.
Exempted vehicles range from non-operating cars and other small and micro passenger cars within 6 years, except for vans, 7-seat and 7-seat vehicles. Private cars registered after September 1, 2010 (including) can enjoy the exemption policy; private cars registered before August 31, 2010 still carry out the original inspection regulations.
According to the opinion, when non-operating cars and other small and micro passenger cars within the next six years need regular inspection every two years, the owner will provide traffic accident compulsory liability insurance certificate, vehicle and vessel tax payment or exemption certificate, and deal with traffic violations. After a traffic accident, you can apply directly to the public security traffic control department to receive the inspection mark, without going to the inspection agency for safety technical inspection.
It should be noted that new vehicles that meet the new inspection policy still need to apply for inspection marks every two years. However, if traffic accidents causing casualties occur during the period, they still need to participate in the inspection according to the original regulations.
