Shandong Xiangxi Lead-Zinc Mine Concentrator

    (A) Overview of Hong Kuang lead zinc mine located in Yantai, Shandong Province Qixia County, 45 kilometers from the city of Yantai.
    The mine was built in 1958 and was initially mined by hand. In 1959 the construction of a 50 t / day ore dressing plant, due to improper site selection report fee. In 1968, a new 300-ton/day concentrator was built. It was put into operation in April 1971, and the actual production capacity has reached 326 tons/day. In addition to the recycling of lead, zinc, or bronze metal, but also by-product sulfur concentrate.
    The mine is developed for the shaft, and the mining method is shallow hole mining method. The No. 1 double-cage cage was used to lift the 0.35 m 3 U-type mine car. It is transported to the original ore bin of the concentrator by a slope hoist.
    The mine uses electricity from the Yantai Power Network, with a 35 kV power supply line that is 45 kilometers long. The mine is equipped with a total step-down substation, the transformer capacity is 1800 kVA, and it is sent to each workshop through depressurization to 6000 volts. The capacity of the concentrator transformer is 560 kVA.
    The water used in the concentrator is mainly underground water, and the insufficient part is taken from the Baiyang River, 2 km away from the concentrator.
    (II) Process 1. Raw ore properties The ore is a skarn type polymetallic deposit. Metallic minerals galena, sphalerite, pyrite and minor chalcopyrite. The gangue minerals are quartz , calcite , and epidote, followed by chlorite.
    2. Process Flow Breaking: Two sections of open circuit, pre-screened, the ore size is 350 mm, the final product size is 30 mm, and the total crushing ratio is 11.6.
    Grinding: a closed-circuit grinding, grinding to -200 mesh accounted for 70%, graded overflow concentration of 32%.
    Flotation: copper-lead mixed flotation, and its tailings are followed by zinc and sulfur. The process structure is: copper-lead mixed selection for one rough selection, second sweep selection, three selections; copper and lead separation for one rough selection, second sweep selection, four selections; zinc selection for one rough selection, two The second sweep selection, three selections; sulfur selection for a rough selection, a sweep selection, a selection. The process flow and technical conditions are shown in the figure below.

    Dehydration: It is a two-stage dehydration process for concentration and filtration.

    The factory is characterized by better comprehensive recovery indicators. In the case of low ore grades and decreasing year by year, as the selection process is continuously improved and the technical conditions are gradually improved, the selection criteria for various metals have been improved year by year.
    The crushing process is a two-stage open circuit, and the ball mill feeds the grain size to a thickness of about 30 mm, which cannot fully utilize the grinding equipment capacity. If the crushing process is changed to two sections and one closed circuit to reduce the particle size of the crushed final product, the production capacity of the concentrator can be improved.
