Spiral classifier

Spiral classifier are widely used in mineral processing plants grading operations, fine material may also be used after washing off the mud screening, dewatering operations. The device has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation and convenient operation. It is not necessary to remove the grit sand when parking, and only the spiral can be raised, but the dewatering effect is not as good as the dewatering sieve.
According to the difference in structure, the spiral classifier has single, double helix and high squat type and sunken type. When used for dewatering and dewatering, the appropriate type should be selected according to the size of the separated particle size: when used to remove coarser sludge, the low-lying spiral classifier can be used, which has small settlement area and low overflow. The coarse ore particles can also enter the overflow; when the separation particle size is greater than 0.15 mm, the high-grade spiral classifier is used; when the fine-grain material below 0.15 mm is separated, the sinking spiral classifier is used.
The capacity of the spiral classifier for dewatering and desliming is the same as that used as the classifying device .
