The first truss-type automated production line independently developed by Baoji Machine Tool went offline

    Recently, the first truss-type automated production line developed independently by Baoji Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was successfully rolled out and will soon be "in service" on the user's production line. This is another set of automatic processing production line independently designed and developed by Baoji Machine Tool after the wheel hub processing unit (joint robot) automatic production line, DK2010 equipped with truss robot production line, marking the company's product design closely follow the equipment manufacturing industry informatization, automation development direction, by The trend of simplification will provide customers with the ability to provide a full range of automatic processing lines.

    The automated production line is an automatic loading and unloading and automatic processing system for right-angled pipe joints consisting of two mainframes (CK7530/800 CNC machine tools) and a set of truss robots. The robot is equipped with 48 workpieces silos to provide automatic loading and unloading services for 2 connection hosts; 2 connection hosts are equipped with indexing hydraulic chucks to realize the automatic switching of the two ends of the right-angled pipe joints, and to complete the two orthogonal faces of the pipe joints. The automatic processing of the hole system realizes the unmanned high-efficiency and automatic production of the larger right angle pipe joint, and has the advantages of saving installation area, low cost and simple operation compared with the joint robot.

    Since the company signed R&D and production agreements with users, Baoji Machine Tool Leaders personally approached the on-site coordination and guidance. The chief technical engineer led the technicians to solve the technical problems. The workshop actively cooperated with the installation and debugging, and the technicians assisted and served the whole process. At the same time, JRT and Corb The service personnel also carried forward the spirit of hard work, diligent study, and overcome the difficulties of high-temperature weather. The installation and commissioning of the production line was completed 15 days and nights.

    It is reported that after the truss-type automatic processing line was successfully delivered to users, combined with user experience and marketing, many companies have expressed their intention to order. At present, Baoji Machine Tool has successively undertaken the trial production of new products such as the DK2010 truss robot and CK7620P robot.
