Recently, the Yuming Energy Science and Technology Research Institute of Kaifeng City , Henan Province independently researched and developed the “model coke tunnel furnace” project. After the third production line was inspected, the main design parameters met the design requirements, the operation was successful , and it was put into formal production!

At present, the technology of "model coke tunnel kiln" developed by the Yuming Energy Technology Research Institute of Kaifeng City , Henan Province, has obtained a patent certificate issued by the Intellectual Property Office. The "model coke tunnel kiln" adopts a conjoined structure, an oxygen-free sintering process and an oxygen-free cooling process. The application of this technology is the first time both at home and abroad. First, the furnace energy saving and environmental protection, single-ton products reduce energy consumption by nearly 30%

The R&D design was changed from a single hole to a double hole on the basis of 6- I and 6- II tunnel kiln furnaces, and the fire tunnel structure was also greatly changed. The results of the operation show that: “Type coke tunnel kiln” not only saves space and investment; more importantly, it is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and the energy consumption per ton product is reduced by nearly 30% .                               

Second, can completely achieve oxygen-free dry quenching, the finished product rate can reach 99%

The special structure of the preheating section and the cooling section of the furnace is designed based on the ideal coking curve of coal products. The product's furnace temperature is lower than 100 °C, and the product's furnace temperature is lower than 290 °C. Can completely achieve oxygen-free dry quenching, the finished product rate can reach 99% .  

Third, the furnace has a two-way adjustment of oxidation, reducing atmosphere

"Type coke tunnel kiln" has the function of two-way adjustment of oxidation and reduction atmosphere, and can achieve double effects of external heating and internal heating. In the absence of external heating, just adjust the product formula, you can change to internal combustion production requirements .
