1. Be sure to check the turbine flowmeter power cord, fuse, function selector switch, and signal line for open or bad contacts.
2. Check the internal printing plate of the display device, whether the contacts are in poor contact
3. Check the detection coil
4. Be sure to check the turbine flowmeter's inspection sensor for internal faults. The above 1-3 checks are all confirmed to be normal or have been cleared, but there is still a fault phenomenon, indicating that the fault is inside the sensor flow channel, and it can be checked whether the impeller touches the sensor inner wall. Is there any foreign matter stuck in the shaft and the bearing has no debris stuck or broken

1. Use an ohmmeter to troubleshoot turbine flowmeters
2. Printed board failure inspection can replace the "backup version" method, replace the fault board and make a detailed inspection
3. Do a good job of marking the position of the detection coil on the sensor body, rotate the detection head, and use the iron piece to move quickly under the detection head. If the number of the counter does not increase, check whether the coil is broken and the solder joint is not welded.
4. Remove foreign matter, and clean or replace damaged parts. After recovery, blow or hand-push the impeller, there should be no friction sound. After replacing the bearing and other parts, recheck it.

1. When ordering turbine flow sensors, users should pay attention to selecting the appropriate specifications according to the nominal bore diameter, working pressure, working temperature, flow range, fluid type, and environmental conditions. When explosion-proof requirements are required, explosion-proof sensors must be selected and the explosion-proof level must be strictly observed.
2. When the turbine flowmeter needs to be matched with the display instrument, please refer to the corresponding manual, select the appropriate model, or the technician will design and select the model for you based on the data provided by you. When specifying the cable for signal transmission, please specify the length of the specification.
