The TY series oil purifier is widely used for filtering turbine lubricating oil in electric power, metallurgical, and chemical engineering industries. It excels at breaking emulsions, dehydration, and removing soap, gelatin, acid, pigment, and metal particles from emulsified turbine oil and low-viscosity lubricating oil, as well as turbine oil used in other machinery and electrical equipment.
To meet customers' special needs, we have designed the following types of machines for different requirements and working conditions:

Features
1. It adopts coalescence and separation technology combined with Duplex-Stereo film evaporation, equipped with unique and advanced dewatering and degassing components that can rapidly and effectively separate water and gas from oil.
2. An optimized electric heating system with an automatic temperature controller ensures even and stable oil temperature.
3. A precise multi-stage filtration system helps remove various impurities using high-quality filter elements with better pollutant containment and longer service life.
4. Advanced infrared oil level control system and pressure protection device make operation simple and safe.
5. It can purify any type of turbine oil used in steam turbines and water turbines online and onsite.
6. An air cooling system helps cool down air and gases from the vacuum vessel to extend the service life of the vacuum pump, avoiding the inconvenience of water cooling.
7. The machine can also be installed with a digital flow meter and timer to calculate and record the volume of output oil and working hours (optional).
8. An aluminum electric control cabinet offers advantages of heat dissipation and explosion resistance.
