When a  filter go down the producing line,there are many tests to wait for him

These machine is specially for the Verification of fabrication integrity and determination of the bubble point.

Our factory  is located in Songjiang,Shanghai.And our production was start from 2010.In the past few years,we group up from a small workshop into a world factory.

 

Filtering material and support

Usually used material:
Filberglass ( We use the USA iported material when the filtering accuracy is less than 3 micron)
Paper ( High efficiency filtering paper,which differs from Xinxiang)
Metal mesh(Our 3 micron stainless steel mesh is as smooth as silk.)
 

Bending and Cutting machine 

Our factory inherited the quality control system of the United States Schroder, from every aspect of the production to control the quality.
 

Folding the filtering material

4 producing line and 20 workers.
 

Laser Marking

OEM / ODM avaliable.
Now we have been doing OEM for more than 10 distributors from all world.
