1. Hydraulic oil level: ISO4006(:99) 18/15 or NAS1638 9-10. If using petroleum products, filter oil (10-25μm) before use.
2. Recommended hydraulic oil: ISO VG22-46 (0ºC-70ºC), ISO VG15 (-15ºC-0ºC).
3. Supply voltage: 12V DC, ±10%.
4. Ensure all hydraulic components like cylinders, tubes, and joints are clean and free of contaminants.
5. Check oil levels immediately during initial operation.
6. Replace hydraulic oil after first 100 hours of use. Replace every 3000 hours thereafter.
7. Fill the oil tank to 90%. Minimum should not be less than 85%.
