1. Hydraulic oil level: ISO4006(:99) 18/15 or NAS1638 9-10. If petroleum products are used, ensure proper filtration (10-25μm).
2. Recommended hydraulic oil: ISO VG22-46 (0ºC-70ºC), ISO VG15 (-15ºC-0ºC).
3. Supply voltage: 12V DC, ±10%.
4. Ensure all hydraulic components, including cylinders, tubes, and joints, are clean and free of contaminants.
5. Check the oil level in the tank immediately during initial operation.
6. Replace the hydraulic oil after 100 hours of use and every 3,000 hours thereafter.
