Wire Granulator Machine Introduction:
JLF-400 (capacity: 200-250kg/h) granulator for sale is suitable for middle-sized factories. It completes the entire recycling process in a closed structure to avoid pollution and noise. Crushed copper wire goes through the high-pressure fan, and dust inside is cleaned, and finally the vibrating separator separates clean copper and plastic pellets from different exits.

Wire Granulator Machine Working Principle:

1. Put wires and cables into the crusher, where they are crushed and the plastic sheath and copper are completely separated. The length of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the riddle: the larger the mesh, the longer the crushed material and the higher the output. The mesh should be selected according to the type of material during production. Â |

2. The crushed material (a mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces) is conveyed to the separator by the conveyor. During this process, dust and some lightweight plastic pieces (including fibers, ropes, tapes, etc.) mixed in the wires are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. The opening of the pressure-reducing blower is connected to the dust collector, which uses a dust collection bag to prevent dust discharge for environmental protection. Dust and some lightweight plastic pieces are collected in the bag and discharged when it is full. Â |

3. The separator is used to separate plastic pieces and copper granules. According to differences in physical properties and specific gravity between materials, there is a deviation in specific gravity under the influence of aerodynamic and vibration friction. By adjusting the conveying speed and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom of the riddle and from bottom to top, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) move above the copper granules and from top to bottom, eventually being discharged through different openings. 4. All units are installed on the frame to form a complete structure. The machine is adjusted and ready for production before shipping, and the customer only needs to connect it to the power supply. Â |

3. Cable Stripper: If dealing with large-sized copper wires with multi-strand, it's better to separate the cores first and then put them into the granulator machine.
4. Blade Sharpening Machine: After long-time operation, the blades on the granulator machine need maintenance to maintain sharpness.
