Wire Granulator Machine Introduction:
JLF-400 (capacity: 200-250kg/h) granulator for sale is suitable for middle-sized factories. It completes the entire recycling process in a closed structure to avoid pollution and noise. Crushed copper wire goes through the high-pressure fan, and dust inside is cleaned, and finally the vibrating separator takes out clear copper and plastic pellets from different exits.

Wire Granulator Machine Working Principle:

1. Put wires and cables into the crusher, where they are crushed and the plastic sheath and copper are completely separated. The length of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve: the larger the mesh, the longer the crushed material, and the higher the output. Choose the mesh size based on the type of material during production. |

2. The crushed material (a mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces) is conveyed to the separator by the conveyor. During this process, dust and some light-weight plastic pieces (including fibers, ropes, or tapes mixed in the wires) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. The opening of the pressure-reducing blower is connected to the dust collector, which uses a dust collection bag to prevent dust discharge for environmental protection. Dust and some light-weight plastic pieces are collected in the bag and discharged when it's full. |

3. The separator is used to separate plastic pieces and copper granules. Based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity between materials, there is a deviation in specific gravity under the forces of aerodynamics and vibration friction. By adjusting the conveying speed and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) will move to the bottom of the sieve and go from bottom to top, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) will move above the copper granules and go from top to bottom. Finally, they are both discharged through different openings. |

4. All units are installed on the base to form a whole structure. The machine is adjusted and ready for production before shipping, so the customer only needs to connect it to the power supply. |

1. Belt conveyor: Supplied to customers who require fully automatic copper wire feeding.
2. Double shaft crusher: If the raw material is long, it helps to cut them into smaller pieces before granulating.
3. Cable stripper: If customers deal with large-sized copper wires with multi-strand, it is better to separate the cores first and then feed them into the granulator.
4. Blade sharpening machine: After long-time operation, the blades on the granulator need maintenance to maintain sharpness.
