We are specializing in grey iron castings, ductile iron castings and aluminum castings.

Our foundries have been making casting for about 30 years, most of our engineers and workers have at least 15 years of experience in the fields of castings, so we can supply with most favorable prices and suggest most suitable choice on casting process while we get the drawings from our customers.

Material: Grey Iron, Ductile Iron, Aluminum

The casting techniques: Sand casting, lost foam casting/EPC casting, shell mold casting, permanent mold casting, low pressure die casting, high pressure die casting, gravity die casting.

Our production capability: 500-800 tons / per month.

The weights for iron castings: 0.80kgs - 3000kgs.

The weights for aluminum castings: 0.03kgs - 400kgs.

Machining: Turning, cutting, milling, grinding, drilling, reaming and threading.

Tolerance for machining: 0.02mm-0.05mm

Equipment: Lathe, planer, drilling machine, tapping machine, line cutting, milling machine, CNC machining center.

Surface Treatment: Shot blast, painting, chrome plating, power coating and anodizing

Casting capability: 500-800 tons / per month.
