First, the equipment process pipe is put on hold for a long time: after the process pipe of the high and low temperature test box is opened, it is not sealed or repaired in time. The long-awaited frost and frequent start-up, the moisture in the air will be brought into the machine from the outside of the nozzle.
Second, the shrinking machine is not sealed: It is reported that the compressor that has not been sealed for a long time is replaced by frost and used without drying, and it will also cause icing.
Third, the refrigeration evaporator damage: It is understood that after the refrigeration evaporator is broken, long-term start-up will bring the water molecules in the frozen (storage) room, together with the water vapor in the air, into the compressor (produced in the evaporator at startup) Negative pressure, atmospheric pressure will bring water molecules in the humid air into the machine, and it will also cause icing.

Lack of refrigerant: Due to the low amount of refrigerant, the evaporation pressure of the evaporator is low, resulting in low evaporation temperature, which will gradually lead to condensation of the evaporator to form a thermal insulation layer and transfer the expansion point to the compressor return air to cause the compressor to return air. frost.
6. Too much refrigerant: When there are too many refrigerants in the system, the liquid level in the condenser is higher, the condensing heat exchange area is reduced, and the condensing pressure is increased, that is, the pressure before the expansion valve is increased, and the refrigerant amount flowing into the evaporator As a result, liquid refrigerant does not completely evaporate in the evaporator, so the compressor draws in wet steam, the cylinder hair is cold or even frosted, and may cause "liquid attack", and the evaporation pressure will also be high.
6. Falsely compressing water vapor into water: In addition, if the high and low temperature test chamber compressor leaks water vapor in the air into water when pressurized, it will cause ice formation in the pipeline.
