Changhua Lead-Zinc Mine Concentrator

    First, the location

    Located in Changhe County, west of Hainan Island, 2.5 kilometers away from Changhua Port, there is a direct road to Haikou, 269 kilometers away. Products can pass through Changhua Port via the waterway to Haikou, Guangzhou, Zhanjiang and other places, until Hunan, Guangxi and other places.

    Second, the ore characteristics

    Low deposit fissure filling genus, is a lead zinc ore type quartz vein. Metallic minerals stone galena, sphalerite-based, and contains a small amount of Au, Ag, Cd and other precious metals. The gangue is mainly quartz, feldspar , barite, etc. The Pb grade in the ore is 3% to 5%, and the Zn content is 4% to 6%. Galena and sphalerite intimately associated, irregular particles or granules massive collection block, and with brass ore pyrite symbiotic interspersed quartz veins. The upper part of the ore body has a higher degree of oxidation, and the lower part is lower. The oxidation rate of lead is generally 12%, and the oxidation rate of zinc is generally about 30%. The ore density is 3.1 tons/ m3 , the loose density is 2.1 tons/ m3 , and the hardness is f=9.

    Third, factory history

    Before 1958, the individual was mined. At that time, the soil was beneficiated . The obtained product contained 30% to 38% of Pb, 30% to 35% of Zn, and was exported to Shuikoushan, Hunan. In 1963, the Hainan Nonferrous Metals took over and invited Guangdong Nonferrous Metal Research Institute to test. In February 1965, the Guangdong Provincial Metallurgical Design Institute designed a 45-ton/day mining mine. In October of the same year, the plant was selected for production.

    Fourth, production overview

    The mine has been in operation since 1958 and has a history of 29 years. The remaining service life is only about 4 years. Now deep in the deep, but the grade of raw ore is significantly reduced, and various measures are being taken to improve the original ore grade. The crushing process of the plant is closed in two sections, with a controlled particle size of -20 mm. The grinding is a closed circuit with a fineness of -200 mesh 60%. The grinding products are selected from floating lead, and then the zinc is selected from the tailings after the lead selection. The ore is precipitated and dried. In order to eliminate the harm of tailings water to the fishery, the first plant has been using Na 2 SO 3 as an inhibitor of sphalerite since it was put into production, and cyanide has never been used. The cost has been recovered in nine years.

    Fifth, the process

    The process flow is shown in Figure 1.

    Ten or three waste treatment

    Since the plant has been using Na 2 SO 3 as an inhibitor of sphalerite, the tailings water has less harmful components and does not cause pollution to Changhua Fishing Port. The tailings dam is 300 meters away from the plant and the tailings dam project is divided into four phases. Construction, the first, second and third phases of the project have been filled, the new fourth phase of the tailings dam, storage capacity of 90,000 m3 , the use period of 5 years, the annual tailings discharge is about 20,000 tons.

    XI. Investment effect

    The total investment from mining to the current mining and selection enterprises is 2.506 million yuan. There are 216 employees in the mine, including 156 workers and 44 workers. The state officially invested 546,400 yuan. In the past 20 years, the total profit has reached 8.967 million yuan. The enterprise investment has been 9 years, and the rate of return is 387.87 yuan / 100 yuan.
