Recently, the entire hydrogen-supplying transformation project of Zhenhai Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd. contracted by Ningbo Engineering Co., Ltd. entered a full-scale sprint phase to realize the timely delivery by the end of May.
The main work load of the Zhenhai refinery and chemical fertilizer plant full-scale hydrogen supply renovation project undertaken by Ningbo Engineering Company is 7680-inch diameter process pipeline, 13-ton steel structure, 4 sets of equipment and some electrical and instrumentation constructions. After the project was fully started in February this year, the project department actively organized personnel construction according to the network plan. Since some of the work involved old equipment that was in operation, including the 1800-inch pipeline meeting head and the old equipment passing pipeline, a replacement of the pipe-type heat exchanger, and 48 maintenance isolation points, the project department was ready before the overhaul. Ready to work. On May 8th, after the overhaul was fully carried out, the personnel of the project department not only stayed up late, but also aggressively seized the remaining workload. Routine safety shouting was also conducted in the morning to identify risks and take appropriate preventive measures to ensure that the safety of maintenance was perfectly safe.
Up to now, 4 new installations of the project have been installed in place. The construction of the steel structure has been completed. The installation of the process pipeline has been completed in nearly 7000 inches. The installation of instrument cables and protection pipes basically meets the requirements of the node. It is expected to enter the tailing stage on May 23. .
