Working Principle
The heat transfer surfaces of hollow paddle dryer include paddle, stirring shaft, and structure or the equipment is compact and heat transfer area of unit volume is high material can get high heat transfer coefficient, the occupied area and space is small during the drying period, material will be extruded and loosed, drying is strengthen be regulated from a few minutes to a few hours by regulating the feeding speed, discharging port the movement of material is basically piston motion. Great Advantages of Hollow Paddle Dryer Developed by MYEP
1. The heat consumption of blade is low: No heat carried out by the air because of indirect heating; there's heat insulation layer with the exterior wall of the dryer. It consumes little heat to evaporate 1kg water for drying slurry state of material.
