(5) The tool point is also arbitrary, but in order to reduce the tool idle time and improve the productivity, the position close to the wheel is generally selected, but the distance between the wheel and the tool holder should ensure that the tool holder has enough rotary tool change space.
(6) When writing the program, the coordinate values ​​in the X direction are programmed with the diameter value.
By taking the above measures, several batches of processed wheels are inspected, and the size, positional accuracy and surface roughness of the products are in full compliance with the technical requirements of the drawings.
