Epcos introduces a family of transformers that handle high power density and small footprint. Epcos high power transformers are available in four models: EHP 16 and EHP 19 and SMD with power of 25W and 35W respectively. EHP 50 and EHP 26 can handle 50W and 100W respectively. The space required for these components is 17 x 23.3 mm to 27 x 27.5 mm. These tin-coated cores can be soldered directly to the board to ensure heat transfer efficiency.
