2-1. Basic introduction for Crusher for rubber

Structural features
Superior materials used in tire recycling machines are made of alloy welding with a hard, wear-resistant surface.
For safety, this machine has a protective frame that ensures safety during wire loop removal.
The motor and reducer are compactly designed for efficient operation.
The machine occupies an entire floor, making installation convenient.
Use: Pulling out wire loops from the mouth of waste tires.
2. Tire Cutter QDJ-1200
The basic principle is that the motor drives the hydraulic system and cylinder. The tire is locked, and two blades rotate between the tire and shear cylinder to cut it. The rotating blades form a shearing action, achieving the desired cutting effect.
Features:
This equipment offers good shearing performance, high speed, low energy consumption, small size, and ease of use due to the hydraulic system. It is safe and easy to operate.
Mechanical description: Tires larger than 800mm are typically cut into four pieces, with each piece measuring 200-500mm.
Notes for using tire cutter:
a. Regularly inspect the knives. If they become blunt, maintain them promptly. The service life is approximately 2-3 years.
b. Filter and change the oil in the hydraulic station regularly. Typically, filter once every one and a half years.
c. Wearing parts include rubber seals, which are provided with another set when the machine is shipped to the buyer.
3&4. Whole tire shredder ZPS-900
Use:
This machine can directly crush tires smaller than 800mm. At normal temperature, it can crush them into 50×50 mm blocks, which can then be further processed into 10-30 mesh or separated into wires and fibers.
Features:
This machine has a compact structure, advanced technology, low energy consumption, high efficiency, and is easy to maintain. It uses carbide surfacing technology for tools, offering high hardness and wear resistance, allowing for repeated repairs and a longer service life. The rotary screen has a steel mesh lattice structure, enabling effective screening of qualified rubber. After processing large tires, the same effect can be achieved.
Mechanical description: Tires with a diameter of 800mm and rubber rings can be directly broken into 50×50 mm rubber blocks.
Notes for using whole tire shredder:
a. Inject gear oil into the gearbox (hypoid gear oil), and main bearings are lubricated with calcium-based grease. Three months after the machine's operation, the oil should be replaced and the fuel tank cleaned. From then on, change the oil once a year.
b. After processing 3,000 tons of waste rubber (under normal conditions), the buyer should grind the blade edge once. Blades are wear parts, with an average service life of 5-6 years. When delivering the machine to the buyer, the shredder will come equipped with edge hardness layer patching material (electrodes).
5. Double Rolls Rubber Crusher XKP-560
Use: Mainly used for breaking large rubber blocks into 40-50mm small rubber blocks.
Technical parameters:
Structure: The rollers are made of alloy cold-hard cast iron, providing wear resistance and durability. The mill flour has teeth and deep grooves.
To extend the service life of the cracker, we recommend building a foundation for the rubber cracker.
The configurations of our XKP-560 rubber cracker include nylon bush grease lubrication and hard gear surface reducers, which offer lower noise and longer service life.
Our crackers are designed with user-friendly operating platforms, and all wires are well connected from the control system to the motor. When using the machine, customers just need to connect it directly to the power.
