FAW-Xichai brings its four-country and five-engine products to the 2014 Beijing International Road Transport, Urban Public Transport Vehicles and Components Exhibition held at the Beijing National Convention Center on May 14-16, 2014.

At the exhibition site, we saw that Xichai had brought in Aowei 6DL2 State V diesel engines that met more than 20 tons of heavy trucks , 8M3 cement mixers, Aowei 4DL1 Ninth Series diesel engines and Hengwei 6SF that met medium trucks. Five series natural gas engines meet Conway 4DX four series diesel engines for light trucks and Hengwei 6DLDZ four series diesel engines for heavy trucks with more than 12 tons.

The Aowei 6DL2 State V diesel engine is more attractive to the audience with its economy, reliability and comfort. It is understood that the Aowei 6DL2 State V diesel engine adopts an electronically controlled high pressure common rail system with an injection pressure of up to 160 MPa. The injection pressure is not limited by the speed and load, and the atomization rate is higher.

According to the on-site staff introduction, the Xichai 6DL2 State V diesel engine adopts an advanced SCR after-treatment system, which is reflected in:
BOSCH's DNOx2.2 urea dosing system is used, urea injection pressure of 9bar, injection without air assistance; urea nozzle installed in the exhaust pipe, cooled with diesel coolant, emissions more stable.
The post-processor integrates the functions of the forward gas mixing chamber, the SCR catalytic reduction reactor, the AMOX oxidation reactor, and the muffler; the forward gas mixing chamber enables the NH3 to be uniformly mixed in the exhaust gas, together with the SCR catalyst, to ensure the NOx conversion efficiency;
The AMOX oxidizer not only ensures the absence of leakage of NH3, but also makes the CO and HC close to "zero emissions", protects the environment, and has a strong noise reduction function for the muffler and good vehicle comfort.
