This year, the carbon dioxide emission intensity should be reduced by more than 3.1%, the chemical oxygen demand and ammonia nitrogen emissions should be reduced by about 2%, and the sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions should be reduced by about 3% and 5% respectively. In-depth implementation of the air pollution prevention action plan, the implementation of regional joint defense joint control, promote the ultra-low emission transformation of coal-fired power plants, and promote zero growth in coal consumption in key areas.
