We are a professional sheet metal fabrication manufacturer, equipped with two Bystronic laser cutting machines, bending machines, rolling machines, welding equipment, and powder coating systems to ensure the delivery of high-quality services for our customers.
Our two Bystronic 4020 laser cutting machines can process a wide range of materials, including carbon steel (1-25mm, such as Q235B, Q345B), stainless steel (1-16mm, such as SUS304, SUS316), and aluminum. The cutting tolerance is maintained within 0.2mm, ensuring precision and accuracy. In addition, we are equipped with a CNC bending machine, a CNC rolling machine, and an automatic powder coating system to meet various customer requirements.
Our quality control team consists of around 30 experienced professionals who are responsible for material inspection upon arrival, first sample inspection, on-site production checks, and final product verification. We strictly follow production schedules to guarantee consistent quality and excellent service, aiming for long-term cooperation with all our clients and achieving mutual success in the future.
