CLNCoils Lamiere NastriS.pA (CLN), the Italian auto parts manufacturer, announced that it has concluded its equity investment agreement with Japanese steel company Marubeniltochu Steel Inc. (MISI). The agreement stipulates that MISI owns 10.45% of CLN.
