Moisture Tester Principle and Application

    The principle of moisture tester includes: infrared moisture analyzer, halogen moisture analyzer, microwave moisture analyzer, needle type, and induction type.

    Infrared (Halogen) Moisture Analyzer is easy to operate, less time-consuming and accurate, so the infrared moisture meter can be widely used in all industries that need to measure moisture quickly, such as medicine, food, feed, seeds, rapeseed, dehydrated vegetables, tobacco , Chemicals, tea, food, meat and textiles, agriculture, forestry, paper, rubber, plastics, textiles and other industries in the laboratory and production process.

    Moisture Tester Principle The microwave moisture analyzer uses a microwave field to dry the sample, which accelerates the drying process. It has a short measurement time, is easy to operate and has high accuracy, and is suitable for determination of moisture in petroleum, kerosene and liquid samples.

    Needle moisture meter uses the electrical conductivity of the measured object to measure moisture. The higher the moisture content, the greater the corresponding electrical conductivity. The moisture value can be measured by measuring the electrical conductivity of the measured object.

    The inductive moisture meter is a kind of microwave moisture meter. The moisture content is high, the dielectric constant of the measured object is large, and the corresponding equivalent capacitance also becomes large. The moisture value can be measured by measuring the equivalent capacitance of the measured object.

    Moisture meter is not only used for the measurement of water content in liquid samples, but also for the measurement of water content in gas samples. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, medicine, health, environmental protection, food and other production and scientific research work.     Filter Element

    The Hydraulic Filter element is used in the hydraulic system to filter out particulate debris and rubber impurities to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic system.


    The filter element is for high pressure section, medium pressure section, oil return section and oil suction section.


    In order to reduce the dimensions of the filter element and increase the filtration area, the filter layer is generally folded into a corrugated shape, and the layer is generally pleated below 20 mm.
