1.The Gearbox
· The parallel three-axis driving design integrates the conveying axis, chain, deceleration, and torque distribution, making it compact. High-quality imported bearings are used.
· Drive components are made of high-strength alloy steel, with carburizing and quenching, gear grinding, and tooth face hardening to ensure high torque, precision, and low noise.
· Soaking and forced lubrication systems work smoothly. An alarm triggers when the hydraulic circuit is over-pressurized.
2.The Feeding System
· Metering feeders include single screw, twin screw, hollow screw, forced feeding, side feeding, and liquid addition systems.
3.Screw
· Screw elements and kneading blocks are precisely designed and processed for efficient self-cleaning, transmission, compounding, and pressure forming.
