Generally, it`s inevitable that dust will accumulate in a water chiller when the water chiller has been used for 6 years. I do believe that this is also a normal phenomenon. However I was so astonished when I received an email from SAM, one of our foreign customers. I noticed that there was no dust inside the S&A CW-5000 water chiller (for the cooling of analytical lab instrument), which looked as clean as new. Even the protective film for the evaporator has been kept as smooth as new, turning out that this foreign customer really likes S&A water chiller.Actually, their taking good care of water chiller really deserves a high praise.
The reason that SAM sent me this email was because that the water level switch inside their water chiller got damaged. Then he asked me how to deal with it. In fact, for such a case, the processing method is quite simple, which is just to turn off the water level switch. After that, SAM replied to us via email that CW-5000 water chiller recovered and worked normal again after the water level switch was turned off.
