Dry Type Copper Wire Crusher
1. Application
This dry type Scrap Electric Wire Crushing Machine features advanced design, rational structure, and reliable operation. It can process both thick and thin wires efficiently with excellent separation performance. The production line includes a feeding belt conveyor, heavy-duty crushing machine, feeding blower, vibrating screen, pulse dust collector, electrical control cabinet, and other components based on specific requirements.
After processing, waste cables or wires are transformed into plastic pellets and copper pellets. The mixed material (plastic and copper) moves like waves on the vibrating screen mesh surface. With airflow and screen box shock excitation, the cable jacket and core wire are separated, yielding copper particles, plastic pellets, and mixtures from different outlets. Metal is suctioned by magnetic force, while dust is collected through air pipes.
Each operation is controlled by a PLC program, starting and stopping with a single button press. The operation interface displays the working condition of key parts, and any errors during operation will be shown on the screen.
The system is easy to operate and maintain, with a separation purity of up to 99.9%. The production capacity ranges from 200 kg to 5000 kg per hour.

3. Packaging & Shipping
The electrical control cabinet and some precision parts are packed in wooden boxes. Other machines are secured on wooden pallets and wrapped in plastic film.

5. Delivery Time (Lead Time)
12–14 weeks after receipt of down payment.
6. Guarantee
26 months from the date of customs clearance at the buyer’s country port, excluding blades, screens, and other wearing parts. Equipment failure due to improper operation is not covered under warranty. The seller provides all spare parts at cost price for the entire life of the machine.
