Dry Type Copper Wire Crusher
1. Application
This dry type Scrap Electric Wire Crushing Machine is designed with advanced technology, a rational structure, and reliable performance. It can process both thick and thin wires efficiently, offering excellent separation results. The entire production line includes a feeding belt conveyor, heavy-duty crushing machine, feeding blower, vibrating screen, pulse dust collector, electrical control cabinet, and other components based on specific requirements.Waste cables or wires are transformed into plastic pellets and copper pellets through this process. The mixed material (plastic and copper) moves in a wave-like motion on the vibrating screen mesh. With airflow and mechanical vibration, the cable jacket and core wire are separated, producing copper particles, plastic pellets, and a mixture from different outlets. Metal is collected via magnetic systems, while dust is directed to the dust collector through air pipes.
All operations are controlled by a PLC program, allowing one-button start and stop. The operation interface displays real-time conditions of key parts, and any machine error is shown on the screen for quick troubleshooting.
The system is user-friendly, easy to maintain, and achieves a separation purity of up to 99.9%. Production capacity ranges from 200 kg to 5000 kg per hour.

5. Lead Time:
12–14 weeks after receipt of the down payment.
6. Warranty:
26 months from the date of customs clearance at the buyer’s country port, excluding blades, screens, and other wear parts. Equipment failure due to misuse is not covered under warranty. Spare parts are provided at cost price throughout the machine's life.
