For other models of screw air compressors, such as the pressure drop of the air in the cooling air duct exceeds 30Pa, a ventilation fan should be installed at the outlet of the cooling air duct to ensure that the compressor outlet temperature is controlled within the normal range.

According to the air supply requirements of the device, the design loading pressure is 612 Bar and the load shedding pressure is 8 Bar. From the time of commissioning to the current operating conditions, this setting can ensure the normal operation of the device, especially to meet the instrument wind requirements of the cryogenic device.

The temperature of the compressed air before passing through the aftercooler should be between 75 and 95"C. When the temperature of the compressor is too low, the oil and gas can cause condensation of oil and gas due to low temperature. The water content affects the lubrication effect. Seriously, the inner wall of the cylinder will be rotted; improper cooling and insufficient cooling will cause the El temperature to exceed 95 °C, which will accelerate the oxidation of the air compressor oil and even cause accidents. The soundproof cover is operated in the air compressor. Not only does it have the effect of eliminating noise, but also because of its special structural form, it is more conducive to ventilation and heat dissipation. When the air compressor is running, the soundproof cover is closed, and the air inlet of the cooling fan can be reserved from the lower part of the soundproof cover. Into, these vents face the air compressor main engine, motor, air compressor oil gas drum and other parts, can effectively reduce the temperature of the corresponding position, improve the running stability of the motor. Therefore, the soundproof cover should not be opened during operation.
