Q: What is our payment policy?
A: -We prefer 100% advance payment.
-Orders under USD 10,000 must be paid in full upfront.
-Irrevocable L/C at sight is acceptable for most orders.
-Irrevocable L/C with less than 60 days term may be accepted after negotiation.
-L/C with more than 60 days term will not be accepted.
-D/P at sight is acceptable after negotiation, while D/A and O/A are not.
-Partial payments are negotiable, but we usually require at least 30% advance payment, with the balance paid before shipment.
