The SW600 series includes four main types: 1. **SW600-R (Basic Type)** This is the standard construction type, featuring reinforced inner and outer diameters without filler material. It offers enhanced stability and compression characteristics, ideal for tongue and groove, male and female, or grooved-to-flat face flanges. 2. **SW600-IR (Inner Ring Type)** Equipped with a solid inner metal ring that acts as a compression stopper, preventing the accumulation of solids and reducing fluid turbulence. The annular space is filled by the inner ring, protecting the gasket from damage between the flange bore and the inner diameter. Best suited for male and female pipe flanges. 3. **SW600-CG (Outer Ring Type)** Features a solid outer ring that ensures accurate positioning of the gasket on the flange face, providing additional radial strength to prevent blowout. The outer ring also serves as a compression limiter, making installation easier as it touches the bolts. Suitable for flat face and raised face flanges. For classes 900 and above, an internal ring is recommended. 4. **SW600-CGI (Inner & Outer Rings Type)** Combines both inner and outer rings to provide dual compression limiting features, offering extra protection against corrosion on the flange face. Ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature applications, especially for class 900 and above or where corrosive or toxic media are present. Optical Fiber 2-color Ratio Pyrometer

This classification includes two color infrared pyrometers which consist of lens, fiber optics and processing components. Fiber optic can bear high temperature up to 250℃ and do not need additional cooling. It has strong casing, use stainless steel lens(with air purge functions), die cast aluminum housing, protection grade is IP54. SMART-F series two-color pyrometer determines the temperature of an object by measuring the ratio of energy at two different wavelengths. The advanced software and hardware design help pyrometers meet the application in harsh environment as moisture, dust, target size change, partial blockage and emissivity change, even if the detection signal attenuates 95%, the temperature measurement results will not be effected. SMART-F series two-color infrared pyrometer can meet the requirements of two color measuring in various industrial occasions.
