Recently, the State Grid Zhongwei Power Supply Company Group in-depth Jinliang 110-kilovolt transformer substation to participate in the "main transformer firewall technology application of large steel template" the first pilot ceremony. The move shows that this new construction technology in Zhongwei City Electric Power Construction.
Main transformer firewall steel template is State Grid Corporation in 2015 infrastructure projects devaluation of a new technology. In order to ensure the successful application of this new technology in the Zhongwei field, the State Grid Zhongwei Power Supply Company organized its efforts to learn from Shandong Electric Power Company and draw lessons from its successful promotion of the steel formwork.
The main transformer firewall adopts a combination of large steel formwork, which can improve mechanization construction level of substation engineering, reduce labor input, reduce on-site safety risk, speed up construction progress, improve construction finished product quality, reduce construction cost and realize "standardized design and modular construction".
The future of this new technology will be Zhongwei 110 kV substation construction and application.
