2. QC will check 1pcs every 100pcs in CNC machining, and gears will meet all dimension tolerances.
3. Gears will be inspected at every step, and gears will be inspected before shipment, and all inspection records will be kept in our factory for three years.

Polyethylene Wax

Polyethylene wax (PE WAX), also known as polymer wax polyethylene wax. It has been widely used because of its excellent cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance. In normal production, this part of wax as an additive can be directly added to polyolefin processing, which can increase the luster and processing performance of the product. As a lubricant, it has stable chemical properties and good electrical properties. The solubility of polyethylene wax and polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl acetate, ethylene-propylene rubber and butyl rubber is good. It can improve the fluidity of polyethylene, polypropylene and ABS and the demoulding property of polymethyl methacrylate and polycarbonate. For PVC and other external lubricants, polyethylene wax has a stronger internal lubrication.
