Taiwan Fertilizer Co., Ltd. said on Wednesday that it plans to establish a joint venture in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, China to produce chemical products.
Taiwan Fertilizer said in a statement that the initial capital of the joint venture company is up to RMB 65.8 million and Taiwan Fertilizer will hold 51% of the equity. Taiwan Fertilizer did not disclose the other shareholders of the joint venture company and planned investment. The joint venture will be Taiwan’s first investment in fertilizer in mainland China.
